NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION

West Maple Design and Construction uniquely offers custom home building at an affordable price. Building a new home can be overwhelming, but each step of the way we walk through the process with you to ensure your voice is heard and needs are met. Critical design choices are included during the architectural phase which ensures the floor plan serves you and your family best. The typical custom home building process takes between six to nine months to complete and we include custom design services to bring make your dream a reality. ADDITIONS, REMODELING, CONTRACTING

Being a part of the industry for several years has allowed West Maple Design and Construction the opportunity to build an incredible team of service professionals to take on any size project. Experienced carpenters, electricians, cabinet makers, painters and other home work professionals serve our clients until the job is done right. We only utilize experienced and skilled tradespeople to ensure the work is done on time, on budget, and looks amazing. From whole house renovations, bathroom or kitchen remodels, to additions, we can do it all.

IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our in home consultation is perfect for those who are starting from scratch or are not satisfied with the current look of their space. The West Maple Design will help you to intelligently think through new things like a color palette, flooring options, furniture pieces, window treatments, accessories and much more. The two hour meeting gives our home stylist a feel for your taste and decorating comfortability. Eventually, you will be able to make decisions that agree with the rest of your home, budget, and personality.

After the thorough consultation, we schedule a subsequent visit where you are given an individualized resource guide meant to assist you in the decision making process. The resource guide includes helpful information pertaining to a budget, scope and sequence of events, contractor information, time frame, master shopping list, paint colors and various resources for purchasing new items. You are also presented with a design board customized for your project to help you visualize how the various components will come together.

Home Styling and Decorating can include but is not limited to: staging furniture appropriately, removing clutter, and finding the right place for your treasured accessories. ABOUT WEST MAPLE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

My name is Christina Romans, and I am the owner of West Maple Design and Construction LLC. In the spring of 2013, I was encouraged to pursue my dream of starting my own business by helping clients dream and create living spaces to gather family and friends comfortably. I was repeatedly warned the construction industry was not for women but over the course of time I have not allowed my gender to hinder the mission of the business, the priority of those I serve, and the growth of the company. My niche in the market is bringing a unique design perspective to every step of the construction process and insuring my clients’ needs remain the highest priority.

West Maple Design and Construction began with small renovations but eventually grew to more heavy construction including whole house renovations, additions, and new home construction. Along the way I have found well respected vendors, outstanding sub-contractors, and have strived to serve my clients and our greater community exceptionally well.
